Shipping + Returns
We aim to please by creating your one-of-a-kind Bespolk hat. Each hat is unique and hand-knit in Maine by a real person. If you are not completely satisified, we want to know why and will replace your one-of-a-kind hat with another. Contact us at: info@bespolk.com.
Bespolk hats are shipped UPS Ground from Maine for a flat fee of $10 that will be added automatically to your cart at checkout. Custom hats take 3-4 weeks. If you need your hat sooner, let us know and we will do our best. Also, once it is finished, we can expedite it for an additional charge.
